Perot Systems Awarded 5-Year IT Services and Application Hosting Contract by Esurance

Perot Systems to Deliver PeopleSoft Expertise and Support Services
PLANO, Texas, — Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE: PER) announced today that it has been awarded a 5-year IT and application hosting agreement with Esurance, a leading direct-to-consumer auto insurance company. The agreement calls for Perot Systems to migrate and host Esurance’s PeopleSoft application as well as provide service desk assistance. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
