you know that teffe is only designed and made for Ethiopia and Ethiopia weather. Amusing that ethiopian farmers easly culitvate and gather the product. and the food is very organic.
you have to try hard and you have to also need to get patent right. Or you should pay some money for ethiopia to introduce you the technique how to cultivate the Teffe.
Best regards

Nice article, I learned a few things that I didn’t know before.
Most modern students of fighting systems understand that outfighting (such as boxing) isn’t going to work well against anyone with a bit of skill in grappling.
For those reasons, close-range or clinching techniques like elbow strikes are worth knowing – they’re in the middle between stand-up fighting and full-on grappling, wrestling, or clinch fighting and dirty boxing.
However, most of all what I learned from your posts is that I need more practice. Thanks for the food for thought.
Excellent work. I often wonder if the old masters of martial arts were as wise as some people make them out to be, but in my time, I’ve come across things I can’t explain, so I suppose wisdom isn’t something easily acquired. Thanks for the food for thought!
I think this is better than barbeque. Thanks for writing it.
