Famous Zed’s restaurant opens second location in Virginia

Zed’s, the famed Ethiopian restaurant in Washington DC, is to open a second restaurant in Prince William county, Virginia, the Washington Business Journal reports.
The new restaurant is called Zed’s Bistro & Wine Bar, and features outdoor seating, a large bar and an open kitchen, according to the report. The new restaurant is located at 6850 Piedmont Center Plaza in Gainesville – across the street from the post office (in the same shopping center as Ali’s Quick Trip store!).
The original Zed’s restaurant is located in the upscale neighborhood of Georgetown and has been operating for more than 20 years. Guests at Zed’s in Georgetown Include former President George H. Bush, General Colin Powel, Clint Eastwood, Hillary Clinton, Rudy Guiliani, and Chris Tucker among many other celebrities.
